Good deal on merino wool

Oh, they have sales all the time! Watch for their flash sales, and definitely check out the 'mixed lot' or 'clearance' sections. Those are often 50-70% off.

For the price, I think it's pretty good. Some of their specialty yarns are surprisingly nice. Not always exactly like a high-end brand, but definitely usable.

I've found their acrylics to be pretty decent, similar to what you'd get at Michael's. The merino and natural fibers are usually where they really shine though, sometimes even better.

Returns are doable but you'll probably pay for shipping back to Turkey. It's usually easier to just try and sell it locally or use it for a different project.

Yeah, I've heard returns can be a bit of a hassle because of the international shipping. Better to be really sure about the colors before you order, maybe check project photos on Ravelry if you can find them.

Mostly, yeah. But screens vary, so sometimes there can be a slight difference. I've found their photos are generally pretty good though.

For the most part they're accurate, but I always expect a tiny variation. If you're super particular, maybe don't order a huge amount of a brand new color without seeing a small sample first, if that's an option.

Yeah, they're the real deal. They're basically the same company as Yarn Paradise, just a different brand name for a lot of their stuff. I've ordered multiple times without issues.
